TimeTap scores again with a month jam packed full of new and exciting features. December brought some great additions to client profiles and messaging directed at clients.
- Automated Messaging Triggers provide the option to define a reason, staff, or location before sending Invitation Templates to clients either individually or in bulk.
- Assigning Client Photos to a client profile, a highlighted feature from last week, enables users an additional option to keep track of their clients. Photos are also available for uploading to both staff and location profiles.
Recall Campaigns can be generated to send reminder emails or texts to clients encouraging them to book for their next suggested appointment. This feature is ideal for businesses that have treatment plans for patients, financial planning for clients, or any business providing a series of different types of appointments to ensure a full service to the client. Recall campaigns increasing the likelihood that the client will return for their suggested next service.
