- You can add a logo for your services, classes, or courses
- You can show clients or students your location on your web schedule with a Google Map
How to add a logo for your service, class, or course
The really nice thing about being able to add a logo for your offering is that it allows your clients or students to see an associative image. You could also brand your image if you'd like (by adding certain colors, text, a logo, and etc.) to help maintain consistency between your website and your web scheduler.
Below is a logo for a relationship counseling service.
Here's how you can add a logo to one of your services:
Step 1 - In BackOffice, go to "Settings" > "Services & Classes"
Step 2 - Click on "View" for the service
Step 3 - While on the Service Profile page, click on the "Edit" button in the Overview panel
Step 4 - Click on "Choose File" for the Service Logo
Step 5 - Select your image, upload it, and click the "Save" button
Step 6 - Preview your scheduler to check the image
And you're done! You can follow similar steps to upload a logo for your class or course.
Show clients or students your location with a Google Map
If you've set your office's location, on your scheduling website, clients or students can see your location (if you allow them to view this panel) and see a Google Map displayed.
This can help give your clients or students a visual of your location. You can always send directions to your office in the confirmation emails to your clients by adding the %LOCATION_DIRECTIONS% tag.
