How to Clone Appointment Templates in Different Languages

TimeTap Team

Does your business work with clients or students who speak different languages? If so, you’re in for a treat with us today. We’re going to talk about appointment templates and how you can improve your client and student relationships by creating templates in their language.

With our appointment templates, you’re able to view, create, edit, and even clone these messaging templates that are sent out to your clients or students via email or text message as a reminder. But what if you teach students a different language or even have students who speak a different language, but want to take a class with you?

To improve their experience with your school or business, you can easily take a default appointment template, clone it, and save it in their language. Additionally, you can add links and edit the template according to your business's or school’s tone.

One of the benefits of being able to clone appointment templates is that you don’t have to re-type or even copy and paste the text of one template into a new one. This feature is similar to our cloning feature for services and classes.

So here are 7 easy steps to cloning a template and changing the language so that it fits with your clients’ or students’ language.

Go to the Messaging tab > select the "Appointment Templates" button

As a tip, if your client has selected his or her preferred language, as Adelaide has selected French below, then she will receive messages in her preferred language. You'll have to make sure that you've created templates in the preferred language(s) of your clients or students.
