2. Go to “Settings” > “Client Information” > “Define Field Labels”
3. Click “Add New Field” and choose your field type
4. Fill in the information for the new field and click the “Save & Add New Field” button
5. *Optional - Reorder the field to where you’d like for it to appear
6. *Optional - Preview the new field by clicking the “Preview Form” button
