1. First, log in to TimeTap's BackOffice:
2. Go to "Settings" > and then click on the "Services & Classes" tab:
3. Click on the "Add New Service" button:
4. Complete the steps for setting up your new Service:
5. While on the Service Profile screen for your new service, you can make this service private by clicking on the "Edit Details" button for the "Service Details" side-bar:
6. Scroll down and place a check in the box beside the label "Make private" and then click the "Save Changes" button - this will prevent other clients from seeing this service offered on your main appointment scheduler:
Sharing the Interview Appointment URL with Candidates
Here's how you can share the interview appointment URL privately with candidates:
1. On the Service Profile page, within the "Service Details" side-bar you'll see the label "Private URL" and a link next to it. Click on this link:
2. This link takes you to the interview scheduler that candidates will see when you share this link with them so that they can set up an interview with your client. You can share this link with candidate by email.
Candidates can then select the appropriate interview appointment. This will prevent candidates from seeing additional interviewing opportunities with other clients that don't pertain to them, and thus prevent confusion.
