To show your clients a private URL for one of your locations to make scheduling a faster and easier process, follow these steps in TimeTap's BackOffice:

1. Go to the "Settings" tab > click "Locations"

2. Click the "View Details" button for the location you'd like to get the private URL for

3. Look within the "Location Details" sidebar on the left and you'll see the label "Private URL". Highlight this URL and copy to your clipboard

4. Paste the private URL wherever you choose for your client(s)

You can paste the private URL on your website underneath photos for each of your locations, on Facebook to direct potential clients to a certain location, or even send this link in an email if a client needs a direct link.

4. Paste the scheduler embed code wherever you desire
