New Years Resolution #3: Get Fit

As 2016 approaches us, some of us are considering the extra weight we’ve put on over the Holidays (some of us were quite busy over the Holidays trying to catch up with emails before we left) and how now it's a struggle to fit into some of our favorite outfits. So, we start considering cutting back on certain foods to avoid the gym or doing exercises, or some of us say, “Well, it would be a good idea to get a gym membership next year”.

Whether you’re considering either of those ideas, we want to talk to you (and it wouldn’t hurt to do some exercises).
