As 2016 approaches us, some of us are considering the extra weight we’ve put on over the Holidays (some of us were quite busy over the Holidays trying to catch up with emails before we left) and how now it's a struggle to fit into some of our favorite outfits. So, we start considering cutting back on certain foods to avoid the gym or doing exercises, or some of us say, “Well, it would be a good idea to get a gym membership next year”.
Whether you’re considering either of those ideas, we want to talk to you (and it wouldn’t hurt to do some exercises). If you’re considering hitting the gym, a fitness studio, the track, or trail with a coach, we’re here to help you with partnering up with your fitness specialist for reaching your goals. Fitness instructors, studio owners, and coaches--we’re here to help you too. Check out our cool role-plays below:
Scenario 1 - A Shorter Commute to the Gym
Gym Member - “I like the new membership I have with Atlas Studios across town, but is there one closer that I can attend classes with?”
Owner - “Yes, when you’re signing up for one of our classes on our website, you can choose the location that works best for your commute. Here’s an example of this below.”
Scenario 2 - I Want to Take That Class Again
Fitness Class Student - “I really enjoyed the new Body Toning class taught over the summer with Atlas Studios, but will they be offering it again and what other classes will be available in the Winter?
Owner - “Yes, we plan to offer the Body Toning class in the Winter. If you want to sign up for a class, please visit our website and you book a class session there. To see the other classes offered, you can also check out the classes and descriptions through our website. Bring a friend so you both can enjoy and benefit from the class together!”
Scenario 3 - Individual Training Sessions
Fitness Trainee - “I want to work specifically on building up my abs. Is there a personal trainer at this gym that I can set up an appointment with?”
Owner - “Yes, Owen helps individuals looking to work specifically on their abdominals. Sign up for an appointment with him on our website.”
